As adults, we sure do a lot of reading online. I would imagine that your children would enjoy this also. Below are some sites that can "count" toward the 20 minutes of reading time for the Reading Log. I really want to instill a love for reading at home, sometimes these high interest stories catch their attention and hold it.
Scholastic News Online ~ Be sure to click on Grade 3 when you want to read an article.
National Geographic for Kids ~ VERY cool articles and stories on this site!
